Large Dog International Camp – 2019 | Ann Braue's Canine Training Center

EO Team USA Coach Ann Braue will be hosting the 5th annual International Camp this summer at B & D Creekside Activity Center in Latrobe, PA.

These camps will not be traditional “instructional camps”. They will emphasize skills, drills, and mental management exercises needed to be successful with international courses.

ABCTC - OFFICIAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION Seminar and Camp Terms and Conditions - 2019 Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability: I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in dog training activities with ABCTC. I am aware that there are inherent risks and hazards involved with and around dogs, and I am voluntarily participating in the activities with the knowledge of these potential dangers. I am not relying on ABCTC OR ANN BRAUE to prevent such occurrences. In order to participate in ABCTC training classes, demonstrations, or other activities, I, being fully informed of such risks and hazards, agree to assume ALL RISK OF SUCH OCCURRENCE. I hereby waive any and all claims or actions I or my guardians, representative or assigns may have against ABCTC OR ANN BRAUE and agree to release ABCTC OR ANN BRAUE from liability in any and all personal injuries to myself, my dog, children in my charge, or harm to property causes directly or indirectly by any acts that might occur in conjunction with dog training classes, or other activities. I also agree to assume sole responsibility for injury or damage caused by myself, children in my charge, or by the dog I own or handle during participation in ABCTC classes, events and activities and further indemnify, defend, and hold ABCTC OR ANN BRAUE harmless from any damage, loss, liability, or expense, including legal costs and attorney fees, which result from damage caused by myself, children in my charge, or the dog I own or handle. RELEASE OF LIABILITY -- I have carefully read this release of liability and fully understand the contents thereof. I am aware that this is a release of liability and a contract between ABCTC, and me and I agree to it of my own free will. Bitches in Season: Bitches in season are allowed to work at seminar but need to wear britches at all times. You may be asked to potty your dog in a special location and crate away from the other dogs during each session. Please inform ABCTC if your dog comes into season or is expected to come into season during the seminar Cancellation Policy: As much as we care about all of our customers and their dogs, and we are extremely pained when we hear of either personal or canine tragedies, our training is a business. We cannot keep running seminars if costs are greater than income and labor expended. We budget and hire instructors for seminars based on being able to fill an exact number of spots. The instructors and the facility don’t care how many people ultimately attend the seminar – they charge us the same amount of money no matter what. We had to develop a cancellation policy that takes this into consideration and that treats everyone equally. We do not make exceptions to this policy as it is impossible to judge whether one person’s emergency is more important and more deserving of a refund or credit than the next person’s. We do the best we can to maintain an active waiting list, but we cannot guarantee that there will be a waiting list if you have to cancel. It is critical that you read the following information carefully as there are NO exceptions to our cancellation policy other than being called to active military duty. • Your initial deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE. Any seminar cancellation, regardless of reason, forfeits that deposit. • If you cancel your seminar reservation within 30 days of the 1st day of the seminar or camp, 50% of the total fees paid will be refunded ONLY IF YOUR SPOT CAN BE FILLED with an eligible participant. • It is highly unlikely that we will be able to fill cancellations during the month prior to the seminar, as it’s too late for people to make plans. If we cannot fill your spot, you will forfeit 100% of the total seminar fees paid. CANCELLATION POLICY -- I have read the above cancellation policy and I agree to all terms. I understand that there are NO EXCEPTIONS to the policy regardless of the reason that I cancel my seminar reservation. I understand that cancellation within 30 days of the 1st day of the seminar or camp may result in my receiving NO REFUND if my spot in the seminar cannot be filled from the waiting list. I also understand that I may not give nor sell my spot in the seminar to another person unless I am an auditor. ABCTC prides itself on its educational programs and endeavors to provide its participants with the best learning experience possible. Accordingly, we reserve the right to reject any applicant whom ABCTC in its sole discretion determines to be incompatible with the accomplishment of a successful Seminar. ABCTC also reserves the right to dismiss any participant from the seminar for failure of the participant to comply with Seminar Rules or for any other disruptive behavior on the part of a participant or their dog(s).
